Please Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

We kindly ask that you inspect your order within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery to ensure that all items have arrived in satisfactory condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@saphircollection.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.

Returns & Store Credit

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for store credit.

To qualify for a return:

A return request must be submitted to support@saphircollection.com
Requests should be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and returned in their original packaging
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit for the purchase amount, excluding original shipping charges.
