WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to Canada and the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO address. We are working on bringing our products to additional countries!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow us about 2 to 4 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process an order. Once your package ships you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as well as other delivery updates. Please make sure to check your spam folders for any emails from support@saphircollection.com
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your experience matters to us. We carefully package and inspect every order before shipment and encourage customers to review their purchase upon arrival. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Order Inspection Period
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@saphircollection.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.
Returns & Store Credit
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the perfect fit. Eligible items may be returned for store credit.
To initiate a return:
- Email support@saphircollection.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
Approved returns must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unopened
- In original packaging
- Returned at the customer's expense
Once received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the value of the approved merchandise. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Before You Purchase

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance purposes, the following items are not eligible for return:

- Earrings and other personal-use jewelry items
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
- Gift cards
